CodeBlue contractors are selected automatically by our patented system so that the most capable and knowledgeable contractor is selected for every zip code in the U.S. CodeBlue contractors are graded monthly, depending on how they meet criteria at several stops along the process as determined by our internal active management team AND the policyholders.

  • Adherence to industry standards

The Science of Drying

We educate our contractors on the Science of Drying. Using new IICRC S500 standards, approved by the American National Standards Institute in 2006, it became possible for trained practitioners to execute “The Science of Drying” to get a predictable return to pre-loss conditions as quickly as possible.

These standards specify how to use:

  • Physical water removal
  • Evaporation
  • Dehumidification
  • Temperature control

Understanding how these standards are part of a process allows contractors to reduce unnecessary demolition, which reduces expensive replacement of costly structural materials, and collateral damage.

Claims are assigned only to the most capable IICRC water damage restoration certified contractors that have the latest technology. Contractors are pre-qualified and then actively managed on a daily basis.
