SPRINGFIELD, OHIO (June 18, 2015) – CodeBlue, the leader in water mitigation, has partnered with 4 Paws for Ability, through Wittenberg University, to assist in the training of Pilotte; a four month old Black Labrador/Golden Retriever mix who will ultimately provide assistance to someone who has a disability or suffers from PTSD.
“We are very excited to be working with 4 Paws for Ability,” said Marketing Manager, Andrea Walker. “Our team is looking forward to helping to train Pilotte who eventually will be helping other people. It’s a great cause to be a part of.”
4 Paws for Ability is an organization that raises and trains dogs to become service dogs. Through their program “4 Paws University”, college students are tasked with socializing their dogs in different situations, along with improving the dog’s manners and obedience. CodeBlue will help to train Pilotte when he comes into the office.
Preston Snodgrass, Marketing Intern from Wittenberg University, will be fostering Pilotte for the remainder of his internship. “I’m grateful to CodeBlue and 4 Paws for Ability for this opportunity and I’m looking forward to the full support that Pilotte will receive during his training.”
