CodeBlue's 2019 Summit Focuses on the Value of Communication
June 20, 2019
CodeBlue’s 2019 Contractor Summit was held in downtown Springfield, OH on June 18-19. The summit was hosted by CodeBlue’s owners, Dan Wilson and Paul Gross
One hundred and fifty contractors attended and were given a tour of the scientific, state-of-the-art Flood House educational facility located on the Clark State College campus.
The two-day summit focused on the value of communication and how working together -while holding the responsible parties accountable- can provide an experience that will exceed the policyholder’s expectations.
When a homeowner experiences a loss, it’s a disruptive, stressful event as they face the unknown while also worrying about the damage to their home and personal effects. Research shows that effective, accurate communication will facilitate a good policyholder outcome.
To drive that point home, contractors were asked to join a panel with one of CodeBlue’s largest insurance carriers to discuss how the policyholder’s experience could be further elevated. The outcome was positive and laid a foundation for a promising future.
CodeBlue and our restoration network scientifically manages hundreds of new property losses every day. Taking a scientific, proactive approach and using advanced technology guarantees the best outcome for our policyholders and insurers.
