CodeBlue Holding Two Job Fairs To Meet The Needs Of Expansion
January 16, 2020
CodeBlue is holding two job fairs to meet the needs of continued expansion. The dates are Wednesday 01/22/20 between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and Saturday 01/25/20 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
The goal is to hire additional Claims Representatives as the customer base continues to grow. Claims Representatives actively manage water loss claims by working with the policyholder, carrier, and contractor to ensure that the home is dried to industry standards, reducing damage and the need to tear out materials that were affected during the initial loss.
Experience is preferred -but not necessary- because CodeBlue has a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on training at CodeBlue's Flood House on the Clark State Community College campus. During training, they’ll watch as the facility is flooded with 1,500 gallons of water to simulate a catastrophic loss, then dry it back to pre-loss condition without removing any materials.
The job fair will be held at CodeBlue’s command center in the Bushnell Building in downtown Springfield. Interviews and skills testing will be conducted on the fourth floor during the event.
“It’s an exciting time to be at CodeBlue because we’re continuously expanding and that trend will continue in 2020. That will create a lot of opportunities to grow with the company,” stated Nancy Puerner, CodeBlue’s Human Resources Manager.
