Alicia DeCant Appointed As VP of Human Resources

Alicia DeCant has joined the CodeBlue | MadSky team as VP of Human Resources. In this role, Alicia will be accountable for the firm’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, performance & talent management, culture, and total rewards.

Alicia graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has an MBA with a specialization in HR management from the University of Toledo. She holds the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designations. She has 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience and a proven track record with accelerating employee engagement and team effectiveness through dynamic strategy development and execution.

Outside of work, Alicia loves spending time with her family. They enjoy camping, traveling, & attending sporting events. Alicia also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), helping less fortunate children find safe and permanent homes.
